But beyond the businesses she built, she is best known for helping founders navigate one of the most difficult transitions in entrepreneurship: moving from being the business to building a business that can grow beyond them.

She is the creator of the Masipag → Marunong → Maayos → Malaya Framework, a founder transformation roadmap designed specifically for Filipino entrepreneurs. Before becoming a mentor to thousands of entrepreneurs, she was a Math teacher, a wife helping provide for her family, and a mother of five navigating the realities of business ownership, financial pressure, setbacks, rebuilding, and burnout. Together with her husband, she spent decades learning through experience—discovering that business growth is not sustained by hustle alone, but by building the right people, systems, leadership, and structure.

Academically, Mommy N combines entrepreneurial wisdom with strong educational foundations. She completed the academic requirements for her PhD in Development Studies at Ateneo de Zamboanga University, earned her Master of Science in Mathematics from Ateneo de Manila University, and graduated Magna Cum Laude in AB Mathematics from Far Eastern University.

In 2026, she launched The Nth Power Business Summit, a founder-focused summit designed for entrepreneurs preparing for their next level of growth through systems, leadership, operational structure, and sustainable scaling.
