Eloiza Serate is a dynamic entrepreneur and Verified Plus ClickUp Consultant who founded Virtual Champions PH, a trusted outsourcing and consulting firm serving clients across 25+ countries. With over a decade of experience in administration, operations, and project management, she has built her career from the ground up, starting as a Virtual Assistant and working her way to becoming a successful business owner.

An Industrial Engineering graduate from the University of the Philippines Los Baños, Eloiza specializes in systems thinking and process strategy, helping international startups and enterprises streamline workflows, implement automation, and build high-performing remote teams.

She's known for her ability to translate complex workflows into simple, scalable solutions and her passion for empowering Filipino talent in the global remote workforce. Today, she leads a growing team of Filipino professionals called "Champions" and continues to create opportunities while building legacies through purpose-driven work.

Outside of her professional achievements, Eloiza is a proud mother of four, a gamer, and a community leader who proves that grit, strategy, and strong values can create global impact.
