Meet My Mentor and Guest Speaker
Prof. Alejandrino (Andy) J Ferreria, MBA. Ed.D., is a respected educator, entrepreneur, and consultant committed to the economic development of the Philippines.
Author of the internationally published book Entrepreneurs’ Helpline (Pearson, 2004) and the Philippine publication 50 Inspiring Entrepreneurs of the Philippines (GoNegosyo, 2007), Prof. Andy brings decades of experience to his work.
He has served on the faculty of Ateneo de Manila University, the University of the Philippines, and the Asian Institute of Management, and has held visiting faculty positions at the Richard Ivey Business School.
Currently, he is a Guru faculty, program director, and academic consultant at the Ateneo de Manila Graduate School of Business for the ME program, and President of The One School (TOS), a private college offering entrepreneurial degree programs. Dr. Ferreria’s professional experience includes leadership roles in the Guevara Group of Companies and consulting for numerous Philippine and international organizations.
A seasoned entrepreneur, he has ventures in the pharmaceutical, organic, veterinary, and education industries. Beyond his professional pursuits, Dr. Ferreria is a member of the Executives’ Band of Sen. Raul Manglapus and enjoys restoring vintage cars and collecting American collectable items.
